After watching the video several times and meditating on the sunset,I feel I have questions to ask.I’m glad I wasn’t there at the lecture.I always need some distance and time to make my experiences after a lecture,so that i start getting some clarity.My issue is the mind and stomach balance you teach about.I have already since a few years got the understanding on my own,with no one’s teaching and guidance,as i know my body very well and listen to my body and am in direct open contact with the universe at all times,come to understand that what i ate affected my mind and body and my experiences.I experienced very strange things and had no idea and no guidance from anyone and went through some years of profound confusion untill i finally got clarity.
Now i need guidance with how to affect psychic attacks of the mind through my stomach since what i eat affects my mind.I have to mention that most of my psychic attacks are due to years and years of loneliness and insecurity.I have already brought a lot of it under control through my practices and could slash and slay anything or anyone and i have found my own strength.I only recognize love.That’s all i need and want.So my question is when i feel weak in my mind and start getting fearful thoughts of insecurity,obviously i am out of balance in those moments.Can i affect and change the negative feelings and emotions at those moments through my stomach?If so,what exactly should i do then with my stomach and what should i eat to stop the negative and turn it into positive and bring it into balance?
I would also like to know if eating some chocolate and ice-cream now and then is bad?Because you say that you stop and think what you are attracting,what kind of thoughts by what you pick to eat.And i have thought about this and made strange experiences even before i knew about you and your teachings.I haven’t got an answer or clarity but i think the universe sent you as my answer.So please may i know it from you?

We live in a world controlled by energy and much of the energy we create for ourselves and share with others is very excessive. This is the reason for our imbalances in choosing foods and our lifestyles.
Fasting is the best solution to imbalances of anxiety, depression, insecurities and other imbalances of emotions so the body can rest from digesting and being even more stimulated by all the foods placed in it. Calming herbal drinks like chamomile, valerian, vervain, gota kola etc (made like tea) will help the nervous system so the mind can be calm and think in a more balanced manner.
We are all guides and teachers to someone and I am happy to be able to share this information with you which my Guru taught me.
