So you want to know how to look younger forever or at least as long as possible. But why? Why is youth so important to you, especially physical beauty? This quest for outer beauty has now become an enormous business where people are spending a lot of their income on their outer appearance.
It has come to the point where we are spending more money on product and surgical procedures to keep the outer body young instead of spending on quality live foods which help the body to stay young and strong inside, so we can have positive thoughts, leading to loving relationships. We have got it backwards, upside down and back to front thinking we can solve inner issues with outer superficial quick solutions.

Real youth is seen in a person’s eyes not the skin. Have you ever looked into a person’s eyes who is in their 80’s or 90’s and noticed how young they look. There are not many people like this but at some time everyone has met or seen a person like this.
In yoga philosophy it is said that the karma of a person can be seen in the eyes, coming from what a person is thinking (whether positive or negative) The skin will get old what ever we do and no matter how much we spend, but the eyes can look youthful for the rest of your life and make our face shine with true beauty from inner happiness.
Be in control of what you think and your eyes will stay young. Approach all difficulties with a love of learning and knowing that each moment is designed for you personally to grow and become more advanced in the art of life. Happy thoughts lead to the true beauty you are seeking.

Outer beauty has direct relationship with inner beauty. As we think that it is essential to protect our skin from the direct sun, polluted environment and we use different lotions to look young, still the youth fades with the passage of time. If we feel youthful from within combined with healthy thoughts,we can keep our outward appearance also youthful. It is very important to feed our innerself constantantly with positive and harmonious thoughts and discard everything which is morbid and conflicting with nature. Beauty, health, happiness and a sense of well being, all are intertwined and interdependent.

Namaste!
To me it is ‘ youthfulness ‘ which i want to keep all my life long. For me,it seems to be the key to feel young. When our thoughts are happy then our hearts are happy and a joyous heart will radiate a youthful nature. There is just one thing there,Yogi Cameron, and that is it is sometimes very difficult to only think happy thoughts because sometimes even when one wants so bad to think happy thoughts something may be going on at that time in one’s life which make a person feel unhappy, distressed and displeased and maybe frustrated. But i guess that this is the big reason we have to also learn to control and balance our minds so we can control our thoughts.Because controlling the thoughts is difficult and it needs a lot of training to master it.
Some tips to look young are the following:
- doing face exercises (then the face is made up of several muscles, which when exercised make the flesh look firm.Laughing and smiling often are also good face exercises.)
- doing physical exercise for the whole body on a regular basis.Ofcourse YOGA is the best as it is spiritual and medical and all other exercises are good too.Dancing, for those who love dancing, is beautiful and keeps one young at heart and in body and mind.
-eating fruits with a high anti-oxident percentage is excellent.
-making home made face masks is not only fun but also a great way of looking after oneself, feeling beautiful by caring for oneself and feeling beautiful and confident about having made a face mask oneself instead of buying chemical stuff from the shop. And one saves a lot of money. Most of the ingredients you will find in your refrigerator. One example is lemon. To remove blackheads all you need is to clean your face twice a day,on a regular basis, with lemon juice. So simple! And that leaves the skin peachy and smooth like that of a baby’s.To remove dark circles from under the eyes and to make the eyes look brighter if they’re tired, just place a used and chilled tea bag on each eye and that works wonders.Cucumber slices work wonders too, for the eyes. And doing eye exercises for tired eye muscles energizes the eyes and supplies them with oxygen.
- What one eats will matter a lot.Because that will not only affect the mind but it will also show on the skin.
- One very important factor for maintaining youth is ‘ inspiration ‘.To be inspired by something which makes your spirit soar high, and being balanced at the same time, will always keep one young at heart.
And most important of all ingredients is LOVE! To love,to be love,to be in love…..without love you can forget about youth.
Yogi Cameron,i love your article. It is precious guidance.Thank you.I just added a few of my practical tips to it.But at the end it is really the eyes and i am quite tense about how to make my eyes look young and alive again. With your guidance i should be able to do a lot for my eyes.Yogi Cameron,i’m sending you flying kisses from my heart.Thank you!
