Because when you change your eating habits, that is, what you eat and the pattern of your meal intake,at what time of the day and the ammount you eat and the atmosphere in which you take your meal,a change beings to occur. When you do all this as a habit regularly you make an inner change in yourself and from this inner change follows an outer change. And thus you attract in your world healthy habits and healthy people and healthy situatuations. And rememeber that transformation is a process of change and transition and takes it’s time. However, when you make up your mind firmly, the decision to make the change happens overnight or with the wink of an eye.
I’ve gone through this Yogi Cameron, and i’m still going through it.
Yogi Cameron - i also wish to give you some feedback here as to how you have affected my transformation in just a few weeks.
In your previous articles on eating and weight issues, you have mentioned that eating too much is unhealthy and unnecessary. And you said that it is the mind clinging on to the idea of eating. As a result, since i had become ten kilos overweight than i had always weighed,in just a span of about a month, you have made me slim down to now being just between 2-3 kilos overweight.(My ideal weight according to myself.)How do you feel about that Yogi Cameron? As for myself, i feel happy again, and vital and energized and i begin to feel beautiful again.I am really eating purposefully and very consciously. And since i exercise,my awareness is increasing and i am opening up to the universe since i am also implementing some of the yogic habits you are teaching us here.
Thank you so much Yogi Cameron. You are such a Blessing!
You are an example of change and dedication to a practice. The awareness you are talking about should always be our focus. To move higher into better thinking and consciousness to bring us to an awareness of our purpose in life. A person with a daily practice is a human on course for higher understandings of their purpose. A person with a purpose is a happy human.
