How to look younger physically. Outer physical beauty will come and go quite rapidly in our life time and the most we can do to preserve our skin from aging quickly is to treat the inside of our bodies with good habits (food and thought).
The Ayurvedic and Yogic approach to beauty is to first change what is in the mind so a person is happy and through happy thoughts a person will naturally choose healthy habits which treat the body well. The body and outer appearance become prematurely and excessively older before ‘the due date’ because of the lifestyles people are living.
There is no other way to be younger and beautiful unless the lifestyle we choose to live is at one with nature.
1-The time you go to bed is fundamental to a healthy mind. Before 10pm is ideal.
2-The time you take your last meal is key to a healthy body. Before 6pm is ideal.
3-Take full breaths each time you breathe so that the nervous system is calm and you feel at peace.
All other habits and lifestyle changes will follow as you feel more positive from following these few simple practices.
