Now the kitchen is where most people spend a lot of time either cooking, eating or preparing food. We even build huge kitchens and eat in them. “Why does everyone always end up in the kitchen at parties” I hear you say. Our obsession with food and constant eating is why we build our ‘shrines’ and devote so much time in them. The biggest boom in TV advertising and shows is for cooking programs. Even when we are not eating we want to watch someone cooking then eating. This is strange stuff.

Modern Indian Kitchen
The two complete polar opposites of health and disease both start in the kitchen but which is the one we experience depends of if food becomes us or if we become food! It is so important to eat only once or twice a day (no snacking) and eat light nutritious natural products that come from the ground (cake that falls on the floor does not count!)
Treat your body well and your mind will go on many trips that bring satisfaction and happiness. What’s better than this.

Hey Cameron ~ hi.You have a very good camera - the photos you take are brilliant.True - at parties people always end up in the kitchen OR somewhere on the floor.
Peoples’ minds revolves all around food.People think eating is a fine thing to do which shows one’s status symbol. They think the more variety of food they eat and all kinds of rarities are fine and exotic. Therefore people associate food with riches, wealth and high-class society. That much of untamed minds shows how much animal we still are.
Yogi Cameron i need to know if two meals a day includes breakfast? Is breakfast counted as a meal?Coz i want to know if i am having one or two meals a day.You know that i have changed my diet based on your writings. Now please guide me here - sweetz.

Hi Cameron!
I came across your facebook page which led me to this site just today and I never heard your name before the other day on Ellen (big coincidence or you are becoming very popular!).
I have been trying to incorporate many different elements of healthy living into my life. I agree with and understand most everything you write about, but I have one question. Why did you recommend eating just once or twice a day?
Thank you!
