Spiritual change Day 6 - Only use what you need

Only use what you need.

Today is a day of minimization and cutting the consumption of everything we use to the bare minimum. This practice will show us how much we actually waste and how much in our surroundings which we use is so unnecessary. When you go food shopping buy for today and when you eat only eat till you are half full. When you use paper use it frugally. Is it necessary to use toilet paper or can you wash instead? How much money do you need to spend?

Even when it comes down to you using your senses of sight, taste, touch, smell or listening be very selective and minimize it all. Don’t watch or look at everything, close your eyes and rest them.

Being a minimalist is about mind and body and that includes not wasting the energy of the body by getting frustrated or having too much sex. It is not just about saving electrical power or recycling but saving our own vital power source. This will all make more sense as you become vigilant today with being aware of what is needed and what is wanted.

Hi, Cameron and Bon… Thanks for bringing forth such important thoughts as the idea of saving our vital power source, which is a key one and a deep concern for those who have come to the point of realizing that they had spent and spoilt most of their strength, without knowing it. Not because of excesses but for not having fuelled their vitality. When one feels worn out with anxiety and hopelessness at an early age, how can one regenerate? Thanks for your help and advice. Bye.

    Dalila,

When one feels worn out with anxiety and hopelessness at an early age, how can one regenerate?

YC will answer it, but because i’m available now so maybe i can help :p

Look out the window, we will see the truth of various lives, people who have less opportunities than us :p but they are happier than us? :p

YC teaches me of contentment. :p Ray teaches me Law of attraction. We can attract anything we want.Health, Happiness, success, love , warm family, to give to charity, more friends or travel the world?

Put your dreams picture, tear from magazine, newspaper for example :p in 100 dreams book, make one? or post it around the house, in front of mirror, in your wallet, hand bags, look at it all the times, the turning point is coming your way and there is process, when it is really coming to you, do u still want it? Your choice :p because the world belongs to everyone. Money or anything you want is floating in the air , you just have to put your hands out to get it baby :p

First, write down all problem on the left side of paper then write the solution on the right side. :p

Yes strong and healthy Mind with winning attitude is the key to success. “Close your eyes and rest them-the world :p and you will see past, present and future clear.” YC

There is nothing human can not do?There are available sources around you, like maybe make phone calls, self development reading/program, making more good deeds to gain self worth and trust/credit from people? Give more? Smile, put your chin up, look at yourself in the mirror and see yourself bigger than you are, talk to yourself in the most positive ways :p etc…

    Make wishes :p
Tomorrow Tomorrow I love you tomorrow
You are always a day away :p

Thanks for question, wait for YC and Ray to write.

Sweet dreams and kisses to Angel Dalila,
May the force be with you…xoxooxo
    Peace coach Bon

Is it necessary to use toilet paper or can you wash instead?

And when you’re done with washing yourself please remember not to use toilet paper to dry yourself. You can dry yourself with a towel instead.

Washing oneself is very good and hygienic. On the spiritual level you keep clean by washing off toxins from your system. Thus you become cleaner and purer keeping off entities and demons.

    Just do it.
