This goes out to all you who are attempting to meditate, concentrate, sit quietly, know who you are or even lost in the mind. I remember many times on my spiritual journey where I felt lost in my thoughts, memories and fantasies. It was chaotic at times and when you are in that moment, it seems to go on for eons. It seems that hours are days and days are months.
It s a curious thing that a piece of our creator is inside giving our being life, but we can’t locate it at will. We know God is not a physical entity, but it is a phenomenon that something so close is so unattainable until we go through all the Yogic practices to peel away our mind’s movie. It seems like it is the one thing we posses without always knowing how to locate it. But saying that, God is also manifested physical as we are physical and have been created in the likeness of God.
Be resilient in your practice and don’t look for results or expect anything in return as this will become your detraction. Waiting for something can be frustrating and discouraging. Practice and it will happen.

Many thanks to Yogi Cameron for heavenly home blog, your commitment, sharing and giving :p
Mich, i dont believe in over-discipline, i meditate 8hours daytime today and felt really great :p
“As you meditate on a daily basis, you will notice the positive changes in your life, whether it is sleeping or waking up in peace, sitting , standing or walking with happiness. Your face will brighten and your skin will be rejuvenated. These features will attract others. Your speech will be powerful even though it is the same speech that you have had in the past. The differences is that your speech will now be voiced from a place of purity and fulfilled and trustworthy altogether. The heart and the body will be filled with happiness.”
Luang Phaw Dhammajayo :p and this explains Yogi Cameron and all of you? :p
“Practice and it will happen.” Thanks sweetheart C,Ray,Love and Mich. You are wonders for me, thanking for your support and being the drive that change my life miraculously

Greetings to all! Can spirituality be placed beyond any deistic notion ? Is it possible to not believe in god and being in a state of the elevation of the mind? Spirituality is not necessarily based on a religious discussion but rather on a metaphysical and existential reflection.
Can I believe in human evolution as described by Darwin and therefore do not believe in a creator (God) while remaining spiritually alert and connected to a whole?
I admit that these are many questions I ask myself frequently.
I do not believe in God and do not belong to any obedience but I wonder about the meaning of spirituality, which is very important to me.
I would say that spirituality as I live it lies in my way to grasp life, interact with others and nature, to be receptive to change and try to detach myself from contingencies of life.
I am very interested by knowing the meaning you (Cameron, Bon, Ray, Mich…) give to the word “spirituality”.

Good morning Yogi Cameron,Babeth,Love,Ray,Mich and all
Babeth, thank you for writing :p I agree with you and everyone that meditation has nothing to do with religion, age or faith. Anyone can do it. :p Thank you.
You and I are one.:p God is pure energy or merit. When we we give, observing precepts, chant and meditate our crystal sphere at our seventh base of our fake, physical body, two finger’s width above the navel level will expand and we can attain the bright light within us by detachment from all.
To meditate, simply close our naked eyes, concentrate on the stillness and rest our focus at the seventh base at center we will experience absolute serenity and bliss by relaxing our mind and body in the progress.
So Love, thank you sweetie for the cat searching for happiness the other day :p “Your future lies in your hands. The journey towards ultimate happiness begins with you. Let peace begins with me :p I meditate since kid, you? But my first light experience is at first year University at Buddhism Club :p I felt like i could becoming Sotapanna or the stream-enterer, a partially-enlightened person who has eradicated the first three fetters of the mind, that prevent freedom.
Sotapannaship is the first of the four stages of enlightenment. :p
“The Dharmakaya is the pure and original nature residing in every human being regardless of their nationality, religion, or ethnicity. We can call this the pure original state or whatever we choose but Buddhist scholars call it the Dhammakaya. In simple terms, where there are human beings, there is Dhammakaya.”
Babeth, thanks for writing , it is encouraging for me,let s meditate together i have lot to write and learn with Yogi Cameron and all of you. We are one with universal love, different shells but same inner core :p xooxo
What gives u the starting peace of mind today? Mine is the new Cetiya that i partly establisher in Thailand for all humans and angels 24/7 till Nirvana :p

As soon as we make enlightenment a goal, we become too busy looking for the results. And then it can be even harder to quiet the mind. When I meditate I give myself the space to become the awareness of the world moving around me.
Thx Bonnette for your encouragement. I’ve been to Thailand. I love the fragent food and beautiful temples and the lovely orchids!
How to start transferring my modern lifestyle to a more yogic one?
