About

Dear Friends,

I have started the blog and articles section because over the years people have asked me to include more  information to help them with everyday health, wellbeing and spiritual issues that affect each one of us in our normal lives.

I will add new posts, articles, advice periodically, about all topics from the stand point of Ayurveda and the Yogic system of health, which concern our modern day lifestyles, habits and personal issues.

I hope you have a productive time on the site and please keep letting me know about other issues you would like to hear about.

    Hi Cameron,

I think what you are doing is a real sense of achievement in helping anybody who so requires it, if I may ask you what do your future plans hold? do you plan or have your own school for students wishing to learn ayurveda / yoga?

    Thank you

Yogi Cameron I love the new look of your blog.I was thinking about the way in which we eat food.Sometimes people take their meals standing, some sitting. And some cultures of the world people take their food seated on a mat on the floor. And ofcourse at picnics too,so often! So when one sits on the floor and bends forward to one’s plate and eats food, how about it being for the organs in our bodies? In what postion is it healthy to eat food?Sitting on the floor and bending over the plate or sitting with the back straight being seated at a table? Is standing and eating alright for the organs? In what position do our organs function best? What position is healthy for eating our food?
I happened to be sitting at my prayer alter and enjoying my tea with God as this question flashed through my mind. And for that dear Yogi Cameron you are there so I can ask you.I would love to know the right thing then I am keen on keeping my body healthy and youthful for all my life. Thanks dear Yogi Cameron.
