YC- Dryness has mostly to do with the air element which is responsible for movement in the body becoming too much. If you tend to move a lot, think too much, do a lot of physical exercise, eat dry foods, sweat a lot, stay up later at night, drink alcohol or coffee, then you might find your body is quite dry.
In this case we need to reverse the situation by lubricating the body with the intake of good oils like ghee, olive, flax seed or sesame oil. The outside of the skin also needs oiling with coconut or sesame. Foods should be fresh and natural like fruits and vegetables. Nuts should be raw as they contain more oils too. Rub oil into the nostrils too before bedtime for better sleep.

Goodmorning my sunshine Cameron!!Darling after a nine day fast with milk & fruits only,I ate regular food a few hours ago.During my fast,I felt so light & wonderful & my skin has cleared, although I do have clear skin otherwise too - but it has clered even more!Almost indescribable! It has become kind of radiant & luminous!!It’s almost like the texture of my skin has changed! It’s incredibly awesome!
Now I ate regular food a few hours ago & I feel the difference - I feel noticably heavier. This is going to be a very concious time for me to now regulate very consciously the amount of food I intake & ofcourse the time of the day I decide to eat.And what I eat.Ofcourse it should all be according to ayurveda guidlines as that keeps me healthy! But really most crucial is the amount I should eat. Moreover it is not just a matter of my stomach Cameron as I feel it is more a state of mind - mind consciousness - awareness, for me.I can feel the differences of what I eat - what effect they are having one my mind & body just as a weighing scale!Ain’t that great babe?!
Okay hun,I’m balancing myself today & I ADORE YOU my funky sexy sweet heart Cameron!!!!!Funky sexy kisses darling

Also a few changes in habits and lifestyle are necessary to balance your health problems. We get health problems & ’so called deficiencies’ when we are out of balance with nature, with the universe.Because we are part of the universe and all food we intake, the air we breathe is also part of the universe. So when we do things in an excessive manner - live in excess by taking in foods & drinks in excess manner or we do the opposite and don’t move enough or don’t take in enough of the propper foods and drink - then too we are out of balance with the universe.Propper sleep is very important to good health and being in balance.Sleeping late & waking up too early or too late is very imbalancing.
So, honest & sincere health seekers really make it a point to change their habits forming good, healthy habits and leading healthy, conscious lifestyles.
With a few changes you will be able to be in balance and in good health.
If you sincerely make the immediate health response changes in your lifestyle & eat & do what Yogi Cameron & I have adviced here then within a minimum of nine days you will notice visible changes in your health.Consistency is of vital importance. And to keep up good health and being in balance you have to lead a lifestyle EQUAL to good health and balance so you can harvest and benefit good health and balance!
