   Good morning darling Cameron.Hun yesterday I had a vata imbalance which was painful.I spent the whole day healing & balancing myself.I did not know at first that it is a vata imbalance but as I was on my usual walk I was thinking how much better I felt after doing specific things & it is so everytime & then it came to my mind that all those things were balancing acts for the imbalance.I’m sure I am right.

   Candypop Cameron! You gave this squirrel some nuts to crack! I do have squirrel habits & love cracking nuts in every way & I have always been called a nutcase & nutty too!
