Many people feel they are eating , thinking and generally living a healthy life because they are following the norm and what ‘normal’ people do. So what is the definition of Eating healthy?
So you eat vegetables and fruit regularly, only drink a little, only eat white meat, eat small amounts of sugar or bread, keep the fat intake down and go to the gym. Is this healthy?
You are a vegetarian, only eat twice a day, you fast, meditate, go to sleep early, eat early and spend time in silence and contemplation.

Here we have two choices that are healthy but one is even more healthy than the other. So do we compare or how do we define health? Ayurveda teaches each person is different and therefore health is defined by the individual and their personal needs. I am not speaking of what our senses, desires and personality is craving, but what our body and mind needs to function on a natural level, helping us to be the spiritual beings we are.
Health is individual because our mind produces thoughts that affect our body and therefore the choices we make in our habits and lifestyle affect our body and mind in a certain way that is individual to us. What drives a person to eat one thing and another to something else? It is mostly thoughts in the mind leading to emotions and then our action.
As these choices are individual they have an individual specific affect on our body which reacts in a specific individual manner. So when it comes to treating these effects we take into consideration a person’s individual needs based on how and to what degree they react to certain situations or foods.
To summarize this into English-Health is defined by the individuals body and mind’s needs and not just by if they are eating an apple over a bag of chips. A mixed salad for example eaten at the incorrect moment (after heavy foods that especially contained dairy or fish) will have a negative affect on the system’s health. The salad itself is natural and healthy but here eaten at the wrong moment and with the negative combinations of other food groups now turn a very healthy food into a dangerous and toxic mess.
Spicy foods help digestion in a person who has less fire (pitta) in the system and aggravate and have the opposite effect in an individual with too much of this element. The spice is healthy but depending on the individual and their system, the spice herb can have two different effects-good or negative.
So health is not just defined as healthy food but taking into consideration what body it is entering and that person’s digestive power, the combinations they are eaten in, the time of day (late eating), the quantity according to nutritional needs of the individual (constant or over eating), the person’s emotional state (never eat when emotional, food does not digest well).
Health is actually defined by if a person is happy, content and has clear open eyes emanating kindness, calm and love. This soul is healthy to others, the environment and to one self. This is a useful person to mother nature. This is a human with a spiritual purpose. This is spiritual health.

Thank you Love for wonder writing, pics, blogroll and you you you :p
Is too much chili is not good for the eyesight?
The best things in life are free, but it costs a lot of time and money before you find this out : Meditation :p
Share me more of you??? please…. :p
“Science of “Universal Energy” is a type of meditation in yogi or hermit way which is outside Buddhism. While one is practicing, one will reach a state of feeling rotation but not dizzy. It is a character of the meditation which make one acknowledge of natural energy existing everywhere; i.e. orbit of universe and earth which have relationship with human’s body and mind but will not help one to free from defilements.
The “Universal Energy” can heal diseases because mind stands still at a certain level. In fact, some can be cured but the others are not. This mainly depends on merits and demerits of each individual.
Your husband can cure diseases because his mind focuses, and the patients were not seriously ill and were about to recover.
You heard a clear male voice in your dream close to conscious state. Similarly, time stopping for 10 minutes was a dream too; so don’t take a dream for real.
4. One who practices Dhammakaya knowledge in general level can cure disease at a certain level which is making a resolution and spreading loving kindness with a wish for ill persons to recover.
For one who practices Dhammakaya knowledge in high level will cure disease by correcting at the cause or at merit-demerit sphere which results in various retributions.
5. Your husband and you made a donation of 80,000 Baht on the first visit to Dhammakaya temple; although, in general you made donation for only 100 Baht because wholesomeness that you had accrued with Dhammakaya community influenced you to have faith.
Because of wholesomeness from accruing with Dhammakaya community, associating only with virtuous friends and listening to Dhamma, you can judge what is right and what is wrong and are able to teach yourself; so you understood the situation when the temple was attacked verbally and you could retain firm faith with the temple.
6. You lose your big money; although, you have never regretted when you have made donation because; in the past life, you borrowed money from others but forgot to pay him back, and spent other’s money to do business but had never returned profits to him.
It does not relate to present that you changed your mind to spend money to business investment instead of made donation as of first intention so that you can make donation long time from business profits.
This way of accruing merits will have indirect consequence which is a gap for past retribution to slip through. Therefore, when you intend to accrue merits, you have to do immediately so your past retribution has no chance to surface.
You should recollect all merits you have dedicated and make a wish to receive your money back soon and have success in business.
7. Your face is allergic to wind, sunlight and get itchy easily because of your past verbal retribution. You liked to often talk in the way that made people lose their face in the past life.
If you accrue merits with triple robe sets regularly and make a wish to have clear and white beautiful complexion, the merits will take part in correction of the retribution. However, you should talk nicely and be more careful when you talk so you do not make anyone to lose one’s face.
8. You have very near eye-sight because of your past verbal retribution that you mimicked persons who wore spectacles which made them embarrassed.
Curing with present technology will make your eye sight better; although it will not be as good as normal. Additionally, you should accrue merits by often paying homage in front of Dhammakaya cetiya with lantern and make a wish to lessen retribution from heavy to light and light to disappear.
9. When you were pregnant with your daughter, you wanted to accrue merits and when you easily delivered the baby with no pain because your daughter is meritorious person, you have also accrued present merits and made a wish for a good and healthy child, easy to deliver, etc. All your wishes come true for both you and your child.
Some people deliver their baby with difficulty and pain while others do with ease and no pain mainly because of mother and baby’s merits and demerits.
For example, some people have difficulty and suffer from pain when delivering a baby because of caging or tying animals which make them suffering. Some people deliver baby easily with no pain because they have merits from freeing both big and small animals or generosity offering (dhana), precept observance (sila), meditation (bhavana) and make a wish to deliver a baby easily with no pain.
10. You, your husband and your daughter used to regularly pursue perfections with Dhammakaya community as a provider. You may miss sometimes but did with fullest efforts many times. Therefore, you should not worry. Presently, your treasures may come in slowly but there will be lots more in the future.
You had meditation progress at a level of attaining clear Dhamma sphere and crystal clear Dhammakaya image so you survivingly returned to the fourth level of heaven [Dusita].
As for your wish to have your daughter to be a laywoman, you have to take care of her to remain in meritorious path until she grows up and let her decide herself because her blue prints indicate that she requires lots of encouragements.
Since we have met each other in this life, therefore you must try to pursue perfection in all merits with fullest efforts and make a wish to follow the Dhammakaya community to the fourth level of heaven (Tusita), in the special merit zone – bodhisatta as well as do not be apart from each other again.”

Yogi Cameron, honey thanks for letting me share it with you and all here.
We learn so much from people case study’s :p I’m grateful to the masters and the monks team :p for meditating and find out about it for us to learn. :p I wish i can be able to reach that meditating level in this lifetime too, study with me? :p
“In that lifetime, criminals were tortured by dipping their heads down into the water, using straps, whips, sticks, or other devices. This kammic retribution caused your father to get into a car accident.
Your father had a clotted artery due to the demerit of overworking laborers and slaves, day and night, over many months, to finish the construction of the grand palace for a ceremony, in a timely manner.
This caused them to be exhausted nearly to death. This is why your father is so exhausted in this lifetime.
2. Your mother had stomach cancer mainly because of kamma from her past life, but it is supported by the kamma of raising fish for sale in this life. In her past life, she was born into an agricultural society where she had to raise and kill many animals for food and for sale. This caused her to have a short life.
Before she died, she recalled her merit and had a bright vision. She died and woke up in a golden celestial castle in Phase II of Tavatimsa (2nd level of heaven). She is a female angel [devadhita], enjoying her celestial treasure in the heaven. She received the merit you dedicated to her, which makes her happier.
She is among female angels and is socializing in the high society of angels, in her friend’s celestial castle who lives next to her. She has a message for you that she is now so happy that she has forgotten everything on the earth. But she recognizes the merit every time you dedicate it to her.
3. Your family did not live together because in your past life, your father also sent his children to study in other cities or countries. This is not due to any kammic retribution.
To repay a debt of gratitude towards one’s parents, you should persuade your parents to accrue a lot of merit. Persuade them to make every merit, Dana (generosity), Sila (precepts), and Bhavana (meditation), if they are still alive, or dedicate merit to them if they have passed away.
4. You and your wife have been husband and wife for many previous lifetimes now. In the last Buddhist Era, you were a millionaire who loved to accrue the merit with the right recipients and loved to support the public works. You were also a generous “supporter” of the community.
When your wife read the Buddhist proverb on the TV program, this impressed you, because in your past lives, you had both joined the community and made merit together at the temple. You loved to have your wife read Dhamma books to you because it brought you delight to listen to her.
Even during the last moments of your previous life, your wife chanted and read Dhamma books to you until you passed away, so this was still deep in your mind. (:p)
5. Before your son was born, you dreamt that you were selecting jewelry in a palace. When your son was 2 months old, you also dreamt that you were surrounded by stupas containing the relic of the Lord Buddha. This represents the positive premonition that your son is a person of merit who will bring his parents to pursue perfections with the community.
6. Before your son was born, he was residing in the special merit zone of Dusita (the 4th level of heaven), in the “Supporter” section. In the last Buddhist Era, you were a family: father, mother and son. While pursuing perfections with the community, you all made resolutions to born together again.
In that past life, your son was a kind millionaire, who made great amounts of special merit, both by himself and by persuading his associates and his workers to make merit, too.
After waiting until you and your wife were married, your son then came down to be born. Before he was born, there was a positive premonition for the arrival of a person of merit, including the chanting in the delivery room.
After he was born, your business improved, which allowed your son to make great merit even though you were introduced to the temple less than a month ago.
7. You established a business single-handedly and quickly became wealthy and are able to support your siblings because the Dana merit in your previous life took effect.
8. In your past life, you had a large business. Later, a couple stole your merchandise and ran away. You came to the community and received advice from a monk who told you to make the merit for 7 days and make a resolution that in your next life, no one will be able to steal your belongings.
Because of the merit and resolutions you made, when someone steals your belongings, the merit you made makes the sprites (angels), near your main office, influence the thief to return the stolen items.
The merit is really crucial for this, so every time you make merit, you should make a resolution that, if you do not give consent, let no one steal your things, and dedicate the merit to the angels [devata] who reside in that area.
9. You and your family have an unconditional heart in pursuing perfections. After hearing an announcement on DMC about a merit project, you and your family make immediate decisions to donate. The fruit of this meritious deed, when it takes effect, will bring you great wealth without any obstacles.
10. By engraving the name of Lung Pu, Luang Phaw, and Khun Yay on the pillar of the Great Meditation Stadium, you are creating a merit connection with them. As a result, you will reborn again with them to pursue perfections and will never stray from the community.
By engraving your mother’s name on the pillar, she will receive the merit immediately.
11.You should make the merit yourself, with all your might, and persuade relatives and friends to support Buddhism - Vijja Dhammakaya. You should be a guiding light that shines upon the right path for humans on earth and you should make resolutions to follow the community to the special merit zone of Dusita (4th level of heaven).

Soma (Sanskrit: सोम), or Haoma (Avestan), from Proto-Indo-Iranian *sauma-, was a ritual drink of importance among the early Indo-Iranians, and the later Vedic and greater Persian cultures. It is frequently mentioned in the Rigveda, whose Soma Mandala contains many hymns praising its energizing qualities. In the Avesta, Haoma has an entire Yasht dedicated to it.
It is described as prepared by extracting juice from the stalks of a certain plant. In both Vedic and Zoroastrian tradition, the drink is identified with the plant, and also personified as a divinity, the three forming a religious or mythological unity.
The identity of the original plant was most likely ephedra,[1] although there are alternative suggestions, such as Amanita muscaria[2], Psilocybin mushrooms[3], Blue lotus[4], Cannabis (Bhang),[5][6] or even honey.[7]

IT’S A ROPE,not a cobra!!!!!!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tx_rqOjZOAg
The reason is SOUND VIBRATION.Sound creates energy and energy is always moving.Nothing is solid, things only appear solid to one because it is energy particles vibrating at a very high speed. Therefore matter can always change form.Sound vibrations change the patterns of molecules that begin to vibrate in different frequencies and change form through energy shifts!!!!!!!!!!!
Cameron your Lotus Pose Elevation has elevated me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Therefore this means I Love You!!!!!!!!!!
