Warm water over coffee and tea

Taking my drink of warm water this morning before Yoga practice made we feel so refreshed. This helps to balance the acid/ alkaline harmony in our system and builds strength for the stomach to be able to digest foods better. I know it seems that it does not have any taste at the beginning, but as the palate become cleaner and picks up more subtle tastes (even from the air) one experiences total delight inside and outside. It is also a cure for most digestive and stomach problems due to over eating and stress. The stomach is a center of emotions where a lot of feelings get blocked. Drinking stimulates like soda, coffee, black tea, redbull etc make the stomach and blood more acidic and a person becomes hyper and depressed over time. Treat the body well and the mind will have peaceful thoughts.

    How much warm water do i need to drink every morning and what about if i wake up past 10 in the morning can i still drink warm water and go on with my day?

    A cup in the morning at any time will help the digestive power become more potent. During the day a few cups will also be very beneficial to the whole system.
