Good morning Cameron ~ okay then it’s fasting today. Is a good mind and body cleanse. Why did you actually decide to do this online 10 day practice of change? ~ What kind of permanent change will there be in those who follow these practices and do them? After all the 30 days everything will be the way it was and so what kind of real change are you promising here? For me uptill now these are things i always do and i am still in a bad situation in life and cannot do any magic like i could just wave my magic wand and i would be helped and things would change for good. When i am already doing the things you are telling us to do then what is really going to change for me?Just clinging onto you and your blog?Or what?Cameron I’m on your blog everyday because your blog is so important to you!And somehow that makes it important to me too and i don’t really know why that makes it important for me.Who are you to me?I would appreciate clarity.I feel i am investing my energy and it is being taken for granted.Nothing will ever change for me and i will never be helped. That is frustrating Cameron!

:)) funny…. just before I logged in my belly started making noises and I wondered when the last time was that I have served my body some food…

… back. I just prepared myself a glas of warm water which I will drink and in a bit eat a delicious honey sandwich. Pure Amrita, if thats what I want it to be, it is!

I will contemplate on the ONEness of my ethereal me and my physical presence and will try to make eating a more natural habit.

My warmest embraces to you, Cameron
and to all participants … if thats of any help

    Namaste

Cameron can you give me some solution for headaches? Then i dislike taking aspirin and that is what i have been having to do in the past months. But when i take it i have a tough time on the spiritual level after some time since aspirin is a chemical preperation and it is thus a toxin we ingest into our system.I have a house-made cure for it which is half a cup strong black coffee without sugar or sweetener and to the coffee should be added the juice of a lemon. This is a natural mixture of coffeine and vitamin C which opens the arteries and veins from the contraction and thus relieves the headache. But i don’t take this mixture any longer because i want to abstain from taking in coffee. And i cannot take caffeine or teeine into my system after 3pm because then i am unable to fall asleep at night.
So darling Cameron,do you have an effective solution for me?I decided to be loving again. ;) hot for myself

It takes a long lifetime of practice to make these old habits go away. These are not just 30 days and then back to the normal lifestyle. These changes should be approached with a long term goal of change which happens over time and with practice. This is the real magic. Nothing comes just in a few years, it take many years and this is why we don’t count the time but just do the practice. Our commitment is to change not time limitations.
As for the headache, once you stop thinking so much and just accept the task at hand, your headache will disappear.
    Namaste

    :)) thanks Bon :))

    headache /tooth / sinus pain:
there is an acupressure point (on both hands) against pain which is situated in the triangle fleshy bit between the index finger and thumb (little bit closer to the index finger). you may like to gently apply pressure with the other hand’s thumb on top and the index from below that spot (inbetween 30 secs and up to 4 minutes). the right spot is found if you sense a part of muscle there that seems more tense.

This is the most difficult challenge for me!!! I have been having a greendrink in the morning, but I have fasted during lunch. I am trying to keep busy with work and food is not readily available tome here, so I will at least make it to dinner. Cameron, does building up from one missed meal, to two, down to one—eventually– count??!! I really am putting forth effort:).

Cameron! This was just what i was doing and i really knew it and tried telling myself but i wasn’t too willing to hear myself. And you just know it.Love you.And thank you darling.

By the way sipping on warm water especially first thing in the mornings feels So good!I began this habit a few weeks ago - ofcourse from your guidance here. And eversince i drink atleast 2-3 cups of warm water a day,the first one being in the mornings. What feels so good to the system is the ingestion of a warm pure fluid - water.I love this habit!Thank you Yogi Cameron.

Hi, everyone. I lately discovered that we were supposed to be fasting today… too late for me but I’ll catch up tomorrow, which is a day off. There’s one thing I’m not sure about… if anyone can help: are we supposed to keep doing everyday’s task the following days and add one more each day of the program or is everyday clear of the previous recommendations? Thanks for your help!
Ray, if that may help, I think you should not ask yourself so many questions on where that will lead you. You should rely upon Yogi Cameron’s recommendations. You are not alone, all of us probably feel the necessity to make long-lasting changes on our selves. Don’t be so anxious about time issues. Peace to you all.
