    Hola a todos!

La respiración de fuego, no es una respiración de Kundalini Yoga?
    Podrías hablar del Kundalini Yoga?

    Muchas gracias!

Yogi Cameron I know the Breath of fire and it is my favourite practice. After the breath of fire I do the mula bandha which is the root lock.

Here I have copied & pasted exactly what it is and how it’s done.

    MULA BANDHA
    Root lock. Breath held in.
Method – General practices to strengthen the pelvic floor first. Contract the
rectal muscles repeatedly (Aswini Mudra). Contract the muscles around the
    pubis repeatedly (Yoni Mudra).´

As I find this completes the breath of fire practice totally. It is relaxing and energizing.I would still like to hear your opinion on it Yogi Cameron.

At one point I left the body it seemed and not sure how long I was gone but it was quite intense experience. I was told things would happen and it has happened to me many times before when practicing rapid moments in yoga or breathing practices. [...]
