Thanks for your guidance for the past ten days. I have found better discipline with the fasting portion of this challenge. That was the absolute toughest part. Now I feel I have made a disciplined and long term change.
I look forward to being more of an observer and monitor of my own thoughts and breaking the nasty habit of opining and judging.
God Bless!

Cameron - i have to atleast write something more…. thing is that i’m feeling like emotionally nauseating today. And physically almost too although it has absolutely nothing to do with my eating. There is an issue that is confusing me and i’m trying to imply all the practices here as they have all been familiar to me and i do these things every single day.The difference is that you have assimilated all the practices into ten different ones.Which is superb for the awareness.I know i have to ask the universe for help as i always do.You know this about me by now.Inside me is a stormy ocean currently. No surfer would be able to ride me currently.Although the Maverick surfers perhaps would succeed - being such daredevils as they are.I think they’re not even human - they must be creatures of the oceans half inside them!Anyway,i am nauseating.I have never been pregnant.Cameron i’m feeling sick.Tiger is feeling sick today.Cameron - why can’t i just always feel secure and happy?Do you know Cameron i’ve never ever felt secure.Anyway Cameron - you have a good day and i wish you infinite blessings and happiness and contentment in the universe.

Cameron - i know why i have never been pregnant and i just want to brag about it or actually about myself to a source of pure trust. But that is now passé.Now i keep my secrets to myself and release it to the universe.and as for another perspective we humans are always pregnant with something or the other. For example our thoughts, our projects.Hope your Sunday is great Cameron.xoxo

Congratulations for 10 days of change-mind. :p
Wonderful ending on Contentment. No one write on this better than Yogi Cameron. Just perfect!! :p
Thanks for creating the home of “purity and fullfillment” :p
Eventually, our mind is “completly focused, still” and have contentment from “feeling nothingness.” :p

I am glad you all made the time for a little change in your lives. Now we will continue to be mindful of all these points and keep using them everyday. Remember it is the practice that brings on the real changes in life. Life will only get better.

Thank you, Yogi Cameron, I’m very grateful for all the advice you’re giving. That made me focuse on certain things I already used to do intuitively but also taught me a lot of other things. I’ll keep using some of as often as possible. Keeping from judging others for example, or staying away from excessive or useless talks were very interesting points, besides fasting or controlling impulses which were also real challenges. I started practising practising yoga regularly in september 2008(2 or 4 hours a week) and I can tell that these 10 days helped me in a different way even if I still have a long way to go to find real peace.
