Yogi Cameron,my first thoughts are that this is So generous of you to put all these Healing Poses here for free.I feel guilty to make use of it because as a Kundalini Reiki Master I learnt that energy exchange is not free of charge. And it really is not!Anyway, currently I too benefit from your generosity and wish deeply to make it up to you.So I hope the energy exchange will be equallized between you and me.And now I have a question Yogi Cameron. What if one is a combination of two doshas? Can one do the postures of both dohas?

We are a mixture of all elements but at times one element become a little imbalanced so we are predominantly more a mixture of two doshas with one needing to be brought into balance with the other two.

    Greetings Yogi Cameron,

I was wondering if there were any poses that could alleviate the symptoms of fibroids or even shrink them altogether. Hope this is not a silly question. Looking forward to your response.

Sleeping earlier, eating only 1 to 2 meals a day as well as doing postures for pitta people will help this issue. Also fasting with warm water a few times (like 5 to 6 times) a month will help the body clean itself of fibroids. The body needs a change to clean and as we are constantly under pressure in our daily lifestyles, the mind and body accumulate toxins which form into these types of blockages. Live happy and stress free, then they will go away for sure.
