Daily cleaning (preventive)

  • Going to the toilet, this removes 75% of the waste.
  • Cleaning of the teeth and tong to remove bacteria.
  • The mouth is where the subtle essence of food is digested.
  • Wash the eyes to avoid any eye problems from forming.
  • Clean the nasal passage with herbal drops.
  • One of the most important passages to clean as they are
    connected to the brain.
  • Gargle herbal formula to wash out the old bacteria from
    the mouth.
  • Drink warm water first thing in the morning to start the digestive
    cleaning process.
  • Put oil in the ears to help lubricate the inner muscles.
  • Put oil on the head, face and body. Sesame oil is good oil.
  • Do yoga as an exercise as it is good for detoxifying, purifying
    and loosening up of toxins.
  • Taking a shower in the morning is regenerating.

Each part of the body
should be cleaned daily.

If any of the orifices
of the body are blocked,
disease can start to root.
