Treatment Methods
The treatment begins with spending some time
with the client to better understand how their mind works,
what they spend their time thinking about, how their past
has affected their present situation and how they treat their
body in terms of eating, exercise, work, enjoyment and rest.
Cameron asks questions to determine where the
cause root of the client’s dilemmas or health issues lie,
to better understand what treatment the person is going to
need. Next is to observe the living conditions of the client.
The living environment of a person directly affects their
mind and therefore their entire life. The psyche, thinking
and contemplation behind every individual will determine his
or her actions, how their health and well-being will be and
how their karma will play out in their lifetime. The way to
change future karma from negative to positive is by learning
to control the mind, which is achieved by changing habits
and disciplines. Many other topics such as food, weight loss,
food combining supplements, medication, cleaning of the body,
spiritual practices and meditation are also taught.

After talking and discussing the changes necessary
we go into Yoga therapy which is the use of Yoga posture and
breathing techniques to release, clean and build up the mind
and body to its full strength. Most of the modern diseases
and problems come from bad digestion, bad elimination, nervous
disorders and incorrect breathing. Here we treat all of these
with natural therapies that do not cause any side effects.
The third stage is to treat the body with herbs and oils with
various Ayurvedic treatments such as Shirodarah and Abyanga.
Depending on the individual and what they require at that
specific time, different herbs and oils will be used on the
head and body to bring the elements, which are out of balance
into equilibrium. These treatments help to stabilize the entire
system and bring about peace and harmony that will lead to
better thinking, creating better habits and forming positive
relationships with all humans.
When we treat ourselves with love we tend to
do the same with others and understanding others holds the
key to knowing ourselves better.
Through other Ayurvedic treatments such as Pancha Karma we
also clean the inside of the body. Cleaning the inside of
our system is fundamental to our wellbeing and without such
cleanings we can never experience complete health and vitality,
youth and vigor. When the inside of the body is clean we experience
young skin and vibrate energy on the outside.
The outer skin is a
reflection of our inner state of health.
By interpreting the eyes, skin, movement, pulse,
and many other outer signs the therapist can treat
the inner problems that are standing
in the way of our well-being.
