"When I decided to turn myself towards yoga and ayurveda,
one year ago, my health wasn't that good and I felt the emergency
to do something about it as soon as possible. At this time, I
was treated for hypothyroidisms and took a daily medication.
The hardest part for me was the fact that I gained weight. I used
to be very thin and to have gained so much weight in such a short
period of time made me feel miserable and very uncomfortable.
But my goal was to be healthy again not to loose weight right
away. Starving myself wouldn't have solved the main issue anyway!
I have always been attracted by ayurvedic medicine but never took
the time to take care of myself in a proper way always finding
an excuse to not do anything to improve my way of life. Until
the day your body cries and asks for help!
Then, I felt the impending need to take a step towards a drastic
change. Determined to change my habits, I met Cameron warmly recommended
by a good friend of mine.
From this very precise moment, my life changed. I started to practice
yoga twice a week with Cameron. We focused on certain postures
to get rid of the main issues (digestion, throat, thyroid…). Then
when I was ready to practice by myself, he started to give me
some treatment to go deeper in the cleansing (herbal teas, massages…).
In a meantime, he highly recommended me to stop eating meat and
fish for a while. Which I did the day I met him for the first
time. Because, I love meat (and especially raw meat), I thought
it would be very hard for me to stop. But because I felt the benefits
in a very short period of time, I didn't even notice that this
type of food was missing in my plate. I have zero frustration!
I cook seasonal vegetables and eat fruits every day with a great
pleasure and, sometimes, I allow myself a good "éclair au
café" as a treat!
A while ago, I decided to go back to see my doctor to check on
my thyroid and got a blood test. Everything is back to normal.
No more hypothyroidisms! And the cherry on the cake is that I
lost the weight I gained because of this problem!
It is been almost a year now that I have been practicing yoga
every day between 45 minutes and 1 hour. It is a part of my life
now and I feel that my day is not complete if I don't practice
for a reason or another. It helps me a lot on every aspects of
my life.
I enjoy the way I eat and because I changed so much over the past
10 months, some of my most reluctant friends are starting to think
the same way and change their food habits.
Each experience is different from one to an other but the result
of this journey can be the same for the one who has decided to
improve his health and way of life.
By following the advices that Cameron provided me, I truly improved
the quality of my health in particular and my life and in general.
Even, if Paris was not built in a day, it is worth it! Efforts
and determination inevitably bear fruit at one point!"

I know it's a bad cliché to say that someone (especially a spiritual
healer) 'changed my life.' But with Cameron, it's true.
Let me rephrase that. He didn't really change my life... but
rather, he helped me to change it myself. And I think that's the
best kind of change a person can experience (teach a man to fish....).
Cameron, very kindly and gently offers insights and suggestions.
He tells stories and explains processes. He helps navigate this
sometimes unfamiliar territory with grace and understanding and
humor.
I had spent years feeling sick, and being at the mercy of my
body. I consulted with Western and Eastern doctors. I was tested
and examined by a multitude of 'experts.' One after another they
prescribed drugs and supplements and foods and therapies -- traditional
as well as alternative. I followed each one through the recommended
time with no positive results, and then the 'expert' would throw
up their hands and pass me along to another 'expert.'
Along came Cameron, and with his guidance, I began an amazing
transformation in a matter of weeks. This body, which was basically
shutting down, started waking up and rejuvenating. Finally I was
beginning to feel strong and more normal than I had in years.
And all this came to me through simple, subtle changes that felt
more harmonious and 'right' than anything I had tried before.
He personifies balance and peace.

A year ago I knew nothing about Ayurveda and only practiced basic
yoga from time to time. I had a handful of problems; allergies,
an ulcer, insomnia, fatigue, and a handful of medications that
came along with it, none of which were making me feel that better.
I was living between New York and Los Angeles and took frequent
trips to Europe and Asia feeling unsettled wherever I went…then
I consulted with Yogi Cameron. “Western medicine treats the symptoms,
Ayurveda treats the cause”, was one of the first things he said
to me. With a few simple adjustments to my diet and the time I
ate I already started to feel better so I surrendered to exploring
this “life knowledge” deeper and as he recommended started to
practice yoga and Ayurveda every day.
Ayurveda rebuilt confidence in my own body and immune system.
As I followed it’s daily instructions and herbal remedies all
my health problems dissipated and I felt stronger and stronger
each day.
Yoga peeled away at my layers and cleared blockages within my
body and mind all by just doing the positions and postures, which
would open me up for meditation. In meditation I started to learn
about myself by seeing my thought patterns and understanding the
way my mind worked. I saw the traps I was creating for myself
and how to avoid all the chaos and conflict. A year into exercising
this life knowledge of Ayurveda and yoga I know what inner peace
feels like and I carry that personal serenity with me wherever
I go. I continue to do my practice every morning and it continuous
to change every day of my life.

I met Cameron at a fund raising dinner in Paris and he said one sentence to me that struck such a cord of truth that it just ripped right through all the fog I had been living with for a few years. It caused a shift in me. It parted the haze and put me in the right direction.
I then started working with Cameron, having one on one sessions that began with a two-way discussion defining what I felt and why I was going around the circles. After this dialogue we moved into the second part of the treatment by doing yoga postures and breathing practices, which helped my body and mind release old thought patterns and gain strength in the areas that were the weakest.

I would like to thank you for conducting the great retreat at Esalen, and for the wonderful treatment that I received from you thereafter.
Your holistic mind-and-body approach to total health is something I had always been looking for. It was very refreshing and heartwarming for me to hear from
you the importance that the mind plays in one's health. Furthermore, it was eye-opening for me to find out that naming one's "unnatural" state of health by
any name (such as cancer, heart problem, GI track problem, or liver problem) in the West limits Western medicine into a box, thus limiting holistic healing
possibilities for the individual. Even using a western terminology, we are a system, complete with all our organs and our mind. Just focusing on a limited
number of organs cannot bring complete health to a patient. (I
have had first-hand experience at a major university hospital,
where the patient was being seen by half-a-dozen specialists;
however, no physician had the overall responsibility for
the patient's well-being.) Also, your yoga classes where
at the level that I could benefit from - not excessive, but thorough.
And your individual treatment was simply out of this world! Before
that treatment, I had never had every muscle in my body in a state
of complete relaxation.

I have been practicing yoga for 7 years. This retreat made me
realize that the physical side of the yogic journey involves more
than just my daily Mat practice -it involves everything I put
in my body and how I feed myself both physically and emotionally.
Cameron engaged with our group in an entirely ego less manner,

The retreat was a truly inspirational experience, a natural and tranquil place to safely explore hidden issues.
The retreat helped me to become more emotionally and physically self aware. Teachings helped me see karmic balance to certain personal issues I am facing, releasing negative energy through the combination of yoga, pranayama and ayurvedic practice with focus on living in the moment.
I felt the treatment was gentle but powerful, I had a delayed reaction, and 2 days later I experienced a lot of negative memories, suppressed feelings leading to arguments, sadness and anger.
I turned to my rock n roll lifestyle to cope but found this time it did not have the same comfort. This extreme experience was not enjoyable, light to dark but I can totally say that it enlightened aspects of my lifestyle that I never thought were such a problem as they are so accepted in my industry. My focus has changed to continued yoga practice, good diet and cutting out the major stimulants!

I seemed to be doing a lot of living without life.
Cameron helped me to remember how to live in the moment, how to
enjoy and respect all that is in my life while it is there rather
than constantly looking forward to what might be or looking back
to great times, or to mistakes. I remembered that I was responsible
for my life and what happens to me in it. And I learned how to
reclaim that responsibility and enjoy it. He didn’t magic away
any pain or fear or feelings that were inside me, but showed me
how to accept and change them, good and bad, and to remember that
it’s all ok. If life wasn't happening in the way I believed it
would or should, he reminded me I didn't need to be frightened
by that and not to be scared of my life, but to cherish every
moment of it.
When I had my treatment with him, it released so much I can’t really articulate it. I felt free and stronger after. It was a gentle release that had such strength it is indescribable. And I still feel all those feelings as strongly as if I had just finished the treatment.
The more time I spent around his energy, the more
I realized what a special gift I had chanced upon.
If you ever get the opportunity to spend time learning from Cameron, take it and allow it in. It will actually be life-changing.

Hi Cameron,
First and foremost I would like to thank you for an amazing week at the Ibiza retreat.It is to be the start I needed to turn another corner and continue on a journey into being the person I like. At the beginning your retreat hit a big out of tune cord because of my resistance to change but then Your guidance and support was and is very much appreciated cameron.
The pill thing was a big deal for me to overcome but with your help I found the courage to let go.
A couple of matters I decided to attend to on our
silent day.
1...Contact an ex and apologise..after two years of no
contact. Wanted to let go of the energy.
2...let go with intention the girl i've been seeing
for the last year..very hard...but the truth...
Adhering to your eating plan..eating before 6pm.Hot
Water before eating..yoga..breakfast at 11am.ect..really makes me want to make all the changes.
Less sleep and the anxiety I was feeling before is less than what I normally feel..letting go of stress and not filling the time with just anything...
I think that you are an amazing teacher, who walks the walk.
